Jake is results oriented, trustworthy, and committed to serving his clients with excellence.

A native of Virginia, Jake moved to D.C. nearly 2 decades ago and soon embarked on several years of work in the non-profit sector. He became a licensed real estate agent (in D.C., Maryland and Virginia) in 2015, and hit the ground running, closing over $60 million in business in just 5 years, making him a leading agent on Capitol Hill and beyond.

Buyers and sellers alike point to Jake’s dedication, ingenuity and candor as key to guiding them through the process.

During these uncertain economic times, with constantly evolving new realities in the housing sector, Jake has swiftly adapted and embraced innovative new approaches, with an eye—at all times—toward making his clients’ vision a reality.

Based on Capitol Hill, he specializes in single and multi-family housing in the Northeast and Southeast quadrants of the city.

Jake lives in Southeast with his wife Elyse and their four young daughters. Jake has no illusions about pursuing hobbies during this, very full, season of life. However, he has been known to enjoy deep sea fishing, a good novel and smoking just about any type of meat when time allows. More often than not, you’ll find him enjoying time with his wife and their “Little Women.”
